Elastic (ELK)
Elasticsearch is a distributed, RESTful search and analytics engine that can be used in many different fields. It originates from the Apache Lucene project. ELK allows you to perform fast, real-time text-based searches (full text searches) based on collected metrics and log entries to arrive at results.
ELK Suite is generally used for centralized logging in IT environments (although there are further use cases for the ELK Stack, including business intelligence, security and compliance, and web analytics). Logstash, another part of the product, collects and parses logs, then Elasticsearch indexes and stores the information. Kibana is the tool that visualizes all this data.
